How Golden Beach Permitting Works
By appointment only
There are no walk-ins at Golden Beach Building and Zoning, and each permit submission needs its own appointment.
Submittals by email
The Town takes online permit applications by email rather than through a permit portal.
Inspections Tuesdays and Thursdays only
Inspection requests are due by noon the day before. Miss the cutoff and you can lose half a week.
Contractor registration
Contractors must register with the Town before pulling permits.
Advisory board review
Some applications go to the Town's Building Regulatory Advisory Board, which meets on a set schedule.
How we help in Golden Beach
We book the appointments, plan inspections around the Tuesday and Thursday schedule, and handle both the Town and county sides. The Town offices are at 100 Ocean Blvd.
