WE CAN GET ANY AC permit approved IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA

 Every Municipality has different requirements and additional documents other than just plans and permit applications. We know what each city requires so that we can make sure that at the initial submission everything is correct to avoid delays.

Once your permit packet is submitted to the AHJ we track the plans as they go from discipline to discipline, and we send any denial comments to the engineer of record. 

If you need someone to coordinate with the homeowner and the Building Department to have them there for the inspections, we do offer a service where we schedule the inspection for the homeowner, and give them detailed instructions for what to give the inspector the day of the inspection.
