Applications go through the city's online portal, open 24/7. There's no paper option.
Register before you apply
Contractors must register with the City first. No permit applications are processed until registration is complete.
10-day resubmittal deadline
Corrections are due within 10 business days of the notice, or the application may be voided.
HOA affidavit on every permit
Every applicant signs an HOA affidavit, even outside an association. EV chargers need both HOA approval and a city permit.
Monday to Thursday inspections
Inspections run Monday to Thursday. Requests made before 3 PM are inspected the next business day.
