We act as your authorized agent in Monroe County's online permitting system and follow your permit from submittal through inspections and close-out.
Monroe County uses OPAL (Oracle Permitting and Licensing) for building permits. Paper applications aren't accepted.
Contractors who use an agent to submit permits must file an Agent Authorization Form with Contractor Licensing, and each agent needs a registered account. We handle that paperwork.
Architects and engineers must sign and seal drawings with an approved digital certificate.
New residential units need an allocation under the county's Rate of Growth Ordinance (ROGO), administered by Planning & Environmental Resources.
Floodplain management applies to nearly every project in the Keys, including substantial-damage and substantial-improvement reviews.
We keep OPAL submittals compliant, coordinate with Planning when allocations are involved, and track each permit through inspections. County inspectors work out of Marathon and Key Largo.
